- Since 2016 Assistant professor in the Creative Education Lab, The Maria Grzegorzewska University.
- 2016 Ph.D. Thesis title: “Development of creative imagination in childhood. The psycho-pedagogical study.” Advisor: Prof. Maciej Karwowski, The Maria Grzegorzewska University.
- 2011 Research and analysis specialist in the School Conditions of Education Efficiency research team, Educational Research Institute.
