During the training, the lecturers of our University learned the secrets of tutoring, deepened their knowledge about the principles of effective communication and ways to inspire students to self-development. The valuable knowledge gained during the training will be used in classes conducted in the form of group tutoring, which are a novelty in the offer of many fields of study at The Maria Grzegorzewska University from the new academic year.

Due to the pandemic, most of meetings were held online, but the last two-day workshop led by prof. Agnieszka Kowalkowska and dr. Beata Karopńska-Musiał from the University of Gdansk, was successfully held in a stationary form. The joy of meeting face to face, as well as the atmosphere and quality of the course, is certainly evidenced by the good mood of the participants, shown in the commemorative photo.
