Team from APS promoting results of Educatore project in North Africa


In order to disseminate project results beyond European context, many fruitful meetings with local educators and psycho therapists in Sousse and in Tunis took place this days.

Doctor Hatem El Abed, the President of Korczak Association in Tunesia looked after our team very well and we are very grateful for this opportunity to reach to Tunesian teachers and academics.

As the value added There is a further collaboration on the horizon with hope to host Tunesian students amongst our candidates next year. ‚Special thanks go to the Director of clinical psychology department providing art therapy to deal with childhood trauma, prof Najib Djaziri,’ said prof Anna Odrowaz-Coates the Educatore project leader. ‚It was fantastic to compare our methods and our historic embeddness. Thanks to Dr. Yves Pagani we did not have any problems to communicate with French and Arabic speaking colleagues; she concluded.

Prof Anna Perkowska Klejman had the opportunity to present the idea of constructivist environment of child learning. Professor Odrowaz-Coates revealed plans to open a new bachelor degree course in English focused on sustainable social work and humanitarian aid.
