Biography

• Graduated from political sciences (University of Warsaw), did her PhD in education, in her research explores issues related to child well-being, child abuse prevention and education (tutoring and assessment supporting teaching and learning). In the past, she worked for non-governmental organizations dealing with human rights issues and violence prevention. Currently, at The Maria Grzegorzewska University she teaches courses related to social policy, school culture and dysfunctional families and is one of coordinators of the Teaching Excellence Center.
