Biography

• Doctor of pedagogy, master's degree in political science, bachelor's degree in special education. Passionate about sailing, yacht captain and instructor. Academically engaged in sail training, sails on yachts and tall ships, serves as a mate, is a teacher and educator during Schools Under Sails. He conducts research on the impact of participation in sea voyages on their young participants.

  He is actively involved in projects related to sail training and the promotion of high seas sailing among young people. He participates in projects related to sailing for people with disabilities.

  He is involved in organizational activities at the university serving as chairman of the Student Disciplinary Committee.
