Biography

  • He holds a PhD in Pedagogy, a master’s in psychology and political science, and a bachelor’s in special education (Pedagogy of Giftedness and Information Technology). He is an enthusiastic sailing captain and instructor. His research interests include sail training, sailing on yachts and tall ships, serving as an officer, and teaching and mentoring during the "Schools Under Sail" programs. He researches the impact of sea voyages on young participants. He designs educational programs aimed at equipping young people with resources useful in adult life.

    He is actively involved in projects related to sail training and promoting high seas sailing among young people. He collaborates with the Gdańsk Sports Center on youth educational activities on the STS Generał Zaruski, including during the "School Under Sail" program. He participates in projects related to sailing for people with disabilities.

    He is involved in organizational activities at the university as a member of the Scientific Council of the Discipline of Pedagogy, Secretary of the Strategic Committee of the Discipline of Pedagogy Council for the development of the discipline, Secretary of the Research Team of the Institute of Pedagogy, and Disciplinary Spokesperson for Doctoral Students.
