Biography

• Master of Psychology (SWPS, 2005), Doctor of Humanities in the field of pedagogy (APS, 2009), Doctor with habilitation of Social Sciences in the discipline of pedagogy (UMCS, 2019).

  His scientific and research interests include interdisciplinary areas: vocational guidance, intergenerational transmission, pedagogy and psychology of work, psychology of motivation and social pedagogy.

  Member of the Andragogy Section at the Committee of Pedagogical Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences (2020-), member of the Social Pedagogy Team at the Committee of Pedagogical Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences (2016-2020), member of scientific boards and editorial teams in scientific journals, including "Continuing education of adults".

  Head of postgraduate studies "Management in the education system" (APS, 2014-2020).

  He actively participated (as a member of research teams) in 12 scientific and implementation projects, both international and national. Author of about 30 scientific articles, editor of 6 multi-author monographs and author of the monograph "Generation Y on the modern labor market - psychosocial determinants of professional start" (2019).
