Biography

• Dr hab. of pedagogical sciences, titular professor (in Ukraine), Professor at the Maria Grzegorzewska University, since 01.10.2022. She has developed a model system of managing the professional development of academic teachers of management departments, which is used in universities and centres of qualification upgrading of teaching staff in Ukraine.

  Author/co-author of approximately 100 scientific and methodological works, including author of 1 monograph, co-author of 2 monographs, 1 textbook for students, 3 works of a methodological, an author's course for master's students, 2 articles in the scientific database Scopus, 1 article in scientific database Web of Science, 60 articles in professional periodicals scored by Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and Poland, 5 entries single-authored and 1 co-authored entries in the "Encyclopaedia of Education" (Kyiv, 2021), typical qualification enhancement programmes for principals and teachers of general education schools in Ukraine. Promoter and reviewer of master's, doctoral and postdoctoral theses; member of committees for doctoral and postdoctoral theses; member of working groups. Member of working groups of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine on the development of standards for professions: primary and general school teacher (2020); director of a general education school (2021). From 2019 to the present – member of the Scientific and Methodological Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (Commission for University Education).

  Certified participant of "Erasmus +" academic mobility (Czestochowa, 2019) and scientific internships (Lublin, 2019; Lodz, 2021). Certified coach (Warsaw, 2019) and. Certified participant in the international training of trainers for the New School of Ukraine (Ukraine - Finland, 2020 - 2021).
