2019–2021 – Worked as an activity leader in the children's play area at the "Forma" gym in Mińsk Mazowiecki. My duties included supervising groups of children, organizing games and activities, face painting, balloon modeling, and preparing meals for guests.

2019 – During the summer holidays, I worked as a camp counselor at a language camp held at the Creative Work Centre in Chlewiska. My responsibilities included supervising children aged 10–16 and organizing activities and games for them throughout the camp.

2020–2021 – Worked at Primary School No. 3 in Mińsk Mazowiecki as a teacher and homeroom teacher for class "0a" (preschool/reception class), as well as an English teacher in the school's preschool unit.

From 2020 to 2023, I also worked as a research and teaching assistant at the University of Natural Sciences and Humanities in Siedlce (currently UwS – University of Siedlce), where, among other things...  I have conducted tutorials, laboratory sessions, and workshops for students specializing in early childhood and preschool education, and organized student internships and university events; I also regularly publish academic articles and actively participate in academic conferences. Since 2021, I have served as the administrator of the website for the Institute of Pedagogy at UPH (now UwS). Furthermore, during the second semester of 2022, I supervised and conducted classes in English for visiting lecturers from Turkey under the Erasmus+ program. Additionally, during lectures delivered by Turkish academic staff, I translated the course content from English into Polish for Polish students.

In 2024, I obtained my doctoral degree in Pedagogy from the University of Zielona Góra. I currently have a publishing agreement with the university for a book based on my doctoral thesis—titled *The Essence and Significance of Motivation in Teachers' Professional Work as Reflected in Biographical Narratives*—and I am awaiting its publication, scheduled for 2026.

Since January 2026, I have been working as an instructor for the training company EduHalina. Under a contract for specific work, I conduct children's activities and provide tutoring.
